Shipping policy

1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: During high-volume periods (like the holiday season), processing time may increase slightly.

2. Free Local Pickup (Kingston, ON): We offer free local pickup for customers in the Kingston, Ontario area.

  • Select "Pick up" at checkout.
  • You will receive an email when your order is ready along with instructions on where and when to pick it up.
  • Please bring your order confirmation email when you come to collect your items.

3. Canadian Shipping: We use Canada Post for all domestic shipments. To keep shipping affordable, we use Oversized Letter mail whenever possible.

Standard Shipping (Untracked):

Greeting Cards and small Lip Balm orders (1–4 tubes) are shipped via Canada Post Oversized Lettermail.

    • Cost: Low flat rate (e.g., $3.00 - $5.00).
    • Tracking: This option does NOT include a tracking number or insurance.
    • Timeline: Please allow 5–12 business days for delivery.

Note: By selecting this option, you acknowledge that Shop Oh Hello is not responsible for delayed mail once it enters the postal system.

Tracked Parcel Upgrade:

If you are ordering a larger quantity (5+ balms) or prefer peace of mind, you can select "Tracked Parcel" at checkout.

    • Tracking: Includes a tracking number and insurance.
    • Timeline: 2–7 business days.

4. USA & International Shipping: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: Shop Oh Hello is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Digital Products (English Resources) "Speak Like a Local" workbooks, guides, and digital resources are delivered electronically via email immediately after purchase.

  • No physical product will be shipped.

6. Order Status: If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ShopOhHello26@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
