OVERVIEW This website is operated by Shop Oh Hello. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Shop Oh Hello. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Handmade Nature: Many of our products (Greeting Cards, Lip Balms) are handmade. Slight variations in color, texture, and placement may occur. These are not defects but rather part of the handmade process.

Colors: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

SECTION 2 - EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER (ENGLISH RESOURCES) Our "Speak Like a Local" resources, coaching sessions, and digital downloads are for educational and informational purposes only.

No Guarantees: While we strive to provide high-quality language instruction, we do not guarantee specific results, such as passing a language proficiency exam (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL), obtaining employment, or achieving a specific level of fluency.

Scope: Our services are coaching and advisory in nature and do not constitute an accredited language certification or degree.

SECTION 3 - HEALTH & SAFETY DISCLAIMER (LIP BALM) Our "Hello Glow" lip care products are for cosmetic use only.

Not Medication: These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Allergens: Ingredients are listed on each product page. Our products are created in a studio that handles nut oils, beeswax, and other botanicals. It is the customer's responsibility to review ingredients for potential allergens before use. We recommend performing a patch test before full application.

Liability: Shop Oh Hello is not liable for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
